Fluctus sales hire in Northern Norway

Fluctus has hired Stian Karlsen as sales representative for Northern Norway.

Stian Karlsen has extensive experience in aquaculture and has worked with both food fish and fry, at research stations, and in documentation and certification. Karlsen is a trained teacher but has worked in the aquaculture industry for over 25 years.

He comes from the position as technical inspector at Aquastructures, and has previously worked for Nova Sea as an operations technician and later as operations manager.

“Fluctus has a strong domestic market, and with this appointment we are strengthening our permanent presence in Northern Norway. We have also recently hired a service technician in the same region. Stian will be a significant addition for us and for our customers in the north. He knows the industry well, has solid experience from the fish farm, operational management and deep technical insight,” says Harald Lien, managing director of Fluctus.

He started at Fluctus on 26 January and will be based at Fluctus’ office in Bodø.
