Thue Holm is a Danish aquaculture entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in sustainable land-based fish farming. He co-founded Atlantic Sapphire and served as CEO and later CTO, playing a central role in one of the first large-scale RAS projects for Atlantic salmon. These early efforts brought important – and often challenging – real-world learnings about scaling the technology. Today, Thue is founder of Farm in a Box, where he develops modular, scalable RAS systems designed to reduce costs and complexity. He is also Managing Partner at AquaFounders Capital, investing in promising sustainable aquaculture and food-tech companies, and serves on several boards focused on green innovation.
