With the current situation regarding COVID-19 we have made the very difficult decision to move the dates of the Aquaculture UK event. Due to the magnitude and unanticipated public health and safety issues posed by the rapidly escalating COVID-19 we feel that this is the most sensible option to protect the safety of all our guests.
The new dates are Tuesday 15 September – Thursday 17 September still at the Macdonald Resort, Aviemore. We will have an amazing show ready for you, Aquaculture UK is the event where our industry networks, discovers new products and meets decision makers .
We would like to sincerely thank you for your continued support and patience during this challenging time. And look forward to welcoming you to what is surely the most important Aquaculture UK event ever on 15-17 September.
We will ensure that all government guidelines around events and social distancing are implemented across all of our exhibitions and will ensure we follow the latest scientific advice. We work in close consultation with our venues and the health and safety of our exhibitors and visitors is always our top priority.
Will my badge still be valid?
We are so pleased you can still make it. If you have already registered to attend the show, your badge is still valid. It will be transferred over to the new dates and you don’t need to do anything.
I can’t make the new date. What shall I do?
We’re sorry you can no longer attend the show. Please email email@example.com with your name and company name. We will cancel your registration.
Will the content of the show remain the same?
Our aim is to keep the show as close to the original programme as possible. The show’s exhibitors, partners and speakers support the decision and intend to be available for the new show dates. Should there be any significant changes we will contact you.
Has the show location changed?
The show will still be held at the Macdonald Resort, Aviemore.
I’ve already booked a hotel for the May dates. Will this be refundable?
Please contact your hotel to try to change the dates. Most hotels have been understanding and transferred bookings to the new dates without penalty.
What about travel, will I get a refund on this?
